Pepperoni “pizza”

Pizza Crusts(makes two):
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Beat the cream cheese and eggs with a whisk until smooth. Add the cream, parmesan and seasonings. Grease 2 9 inc pie pans very well and spread the mozzarella evenly in pans. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Spread slightly with a spatula. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
Toppings:
Pepperoni
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
Once the crusts are done simply top with sauce, cheese and pepperoni and put back in the oven for 25 mins at the same temp until cheese is slightly brown and bubbly.
