This is a fairly easy little dish that cooks up nicely and doesn't take that much prep work if other than chopping up some onion and celery. I have been told that sauteing the onion and celery first in some butter until tender, greatly improves the recipe, but I have yet to try it myself.


24 oz canned tuna, drained

1 cup celery, chopped

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayo

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 TBLS Parmesan cheese, grated, reserved

1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, reserved


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix all but the reserve ingredients together in a mixing bowl

Transfer mixture into a 8 x 8 casserole dish and top with reserve cheeses

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
