This is a fairly easy little dish that cooks up nicely and doesn't take that much prep work if other than chopping up some onion and celery.
I have been told that sauteing the onion and celery first in some butter until tender, greatly improves the recipe, but I have yet to try it myself.

Ingredients
- 24 oz canned tuna, drained
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 TBLS Parmesan cheese, grated, reserved
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, reserved
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix all but the reserve ingredients together in a mixing bowl
- Transfer mixture into a 8 x 8 casserole dish and top with reserve cheeses
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
